The main
scope of the Project Manager role is to manage, operate and
deliver successful events to the highest standard. It is a fast paced,

Main
Responsibilities include:

Responsible for delivering a range of logistically
challenging events, covering a variety of meeting types

Day to day client contact
-
Financial management of each event
-
Effective relationship development with clients, suppliers
and team members

Effective communication with other Universal departments –
including Travel, Creative Services, Commercial Operations and
Finance
-
Quality and accurate output at all times
-
File management in line with company processes
-
Maximising revenue generation ensuring all targets are
achieved for your events

Understanding client business structure, products, policies
and key personnel
-
Adhering to client SLA’s
-
Attendance at client planning and debrief meetings
-
Onsite event co-ordination of logistics and onsite team
-
Understanding and delivery of ABPI and Pharma Guidelines
Attributes
& Skills:

2-3 years event management experience
-
Previous experience of working with pharma clients a distinct
advantage

Hotel, Travel, Venue, DMC Industry Knowledge

UK and
overseas destination knowledge

Salary/Benefits:

salary circa £30K (dependant on experience)
