Deputy Team Manager - Venue Find
£30 - 31K p.a.
A highly experienced
Venue Finder who has previous experience of managing other people.
Excellent international venue knowledge preferably for Pharma.
Reporting to and
deputising for the Account Team Manager in:
-
Decision making
-
Quality control
-
Managing team
workloads
-
Communication
across the company
-
Training team
-
Assisting &
Preparing for staff performance reviews and appraisals
-
Attending
meetings with preferred supplier and clients where appropriate
-
Prepare reports
where appropriate
Venue Find
Venue find
internationally for large complex events, quotes/proposals produced
using in-house software.
Skills required
include :
-
at least 5 – 10
years relevant experience in the industry

some previous
supervisory or management experience
-
Excellent UK and
overseas venue knowledge
-
excellent client
skills
-
excellent
organisational skills
-
good keyboard and
computer skills (Word, Excel)
-
numerate and
experienced at managing large budgets, preparing spreadsheets,
costings, etc
-
able to work on
own initiative and also as a key team member
-
flexible about
working long hours
-
Languages are not
necessary but would be helpful. German particularly of interest.
Salary :
dependent upon experience & position
Holidays : Pro
rata 20 days per year
